Refund policy

At Mariola Thrift Club, every item is carefully curated and many pieces are vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-one. Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives with a significant issue that was not disclosed in the product description.

If you believe your item has an undisclosed defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at mariolathriftclub@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the item and the issue

If the issue is verified and determined to have been undisclosed, the item may qualify for store credit. In this case, the item must be returned to Mariola Thrift Club in its original condition before store credit is issued.

Because many of our items are vintage or pre-owned, minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the character of the piece. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item and disclose any notable imperfections.

All items sold by Mariola Thrift Club are carefully inspected and authenticated to the best of our ability before being offered for sale.

We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

By completing a purchase with Mariola Thrift Club, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
