At Mariola Thrift Club, each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with attention to detail.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and the selected shipping method.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier, but most domestic orders within the United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Mariola Thrift Club is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mariola Thrift Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mariolathriftclub@gmail.com with photos of the package and item so we can review the situation.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
